Role Responsibilities Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards to guarantee the highest level of product quality and minimize risks. Develops and implements processes and procedures for welding fabrication operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that increase productivity and reduce costs. Conducts regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Provides technical guidance and training to team members on welding processes, metal fabrication, and quality control procedures. Develops and maintains relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment. Role Requirements Bachelor's degree in Welding Engineering or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in welding processes, metal fabrication, and supervision of operational teams. Strong knowledge of AWS, ASME, ISO quality standards and industrial safety regulations. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. Certification in welding processes and quality control procedures is an asset.
