Process Engineer (SID)

Strategic planning and develop cost effective & low risk manufacturing/assembly process steps/planning from raw material to completion including special processes through Product Quality Plan (PQP). Transfer of Project, Technology, System from customer to VDL for New product development. Feasibility study for New Assembly. Identify the facilities/supplies required for the assembly. Define and establish Project Plan for Assembly to meet on time delivery. Resolve technical issues in assembly to ensure successful product launch. Develop and maintain process documentation, including process maps, procedures, and training materials. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives. Provide technical support and guidance to production teams. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Identify and mitigate risks associated with new product development and manufacturing processes. Develop and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure successful product development and manufacturing. Provide technical expertise and support to ensure successful product launch and ongoing manufacturing. Develop and implement process controls to ensure quality and reliability of products. Develop and maintain process documentation, including process maps, procedures, and training materials. Provide technical support and guidance to production teams.
