Process Engineer (Parts Making & Fabrication)

Purpose: Responsible for establishing process steps to produce in-house-made parts and meet customer expectations concerning quality, lead time, cost, and technological needs. Process Engineer drives improvements in process methods to enhance performance and output. Key Area of Responsibilities: Establish process steps to produce in-house-made parts and meet customer expectations in terms of quality, lead time, cost, and technological needs, without compromising health and safety. Create processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address process gaps and opportunities for improvement. Monitor and control process performance to ensure compliance with customer requirements and company standards. Identify and address process-related problems and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Provide technical guidance and support to production teams to ensure effective implementation of processes and procedures. Key Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field. 3+ years of experience in process engineering, manufacturing, or related field. Strong understanding of process control, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects. Certifications in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or related fields are a plus.
