Process Engineer (m/w/d) - Medical Technology

We are looking for a motivated Process Engineer (m/w/d) to strengthen our team for our customer, a manufacturer of medical technology products with its headquarters in the heart of Berlin.

Your Tasks:

• Development, optimization, and validation of manufacturing processes for medical products
• Qualification and validation of new materials and manufacturing processes
• Monitoring, analysis, and continuous improvement of existing production processes in terms of quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness
• Participation in change management to implement process and product changes
• Support for the introduction of new technologies and manufacturing equipment

Your Profile:

• Degree in Process Engineering, Medical Technology, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Multiple years of experience in process validation and qualification as well as with regulatory requirements ISO 13485, MDR or GMP
• Experience in change management is an advantage
• Very good German and English skills
