Key Responsibilities:

Analyse and optimise production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste
Lead and manage engineering and process improvement projects
Troubleshoot and resolve process and equipment issues
Collaborate with Maintenance and QA teams to ensure reliable, compliant production
Develop, maintain, and implement SOPs
Design and deliver training programs to support team capability
Ensure compliance with SQF, DairySafe, GMP, and retailer food safety standards

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in food manufacturing, ideally in a dairy environment
Strong process engineering and continuous improvement skills
Hands-on experience with equipment troubleshooting and optimisation
Ability to lead projects and work collaboratively across production and maintenance teams
Knowledge of food safety and WHS practices
