About the Company and the Position:

Are you excited by high-tech and the world of microstructures? Our client, a specialized company for custom microstructures and thin films, which manufactures for Life Sciences, Medical Technology, and the Semiconductor Industry, among others, is looking for reinforcements for its team. They are seeking a Process Engineer who will develop, optimize, and support plasma etching and sputtering processes, as well as take responsibility for technology and investment projects. Recent graduates with a relevant scientific or technical degree are just as welcome as experienced professionals with an interest in plasma physics and cleanroom technologies.

Your Challenge:

• Process Development: Develop, optimize, and continuously support plasma etching and sputtering processes

• Experimental Design: Plan, conduct experiments, and systematically evaluate results

• Collaboration: Maintain close coordination with production, engineering, and external partners

• Project Responsibility: Contribute to shaping technology and investment projects and lead sub-projects

Your Expertise:

• Academic Background: Completed degree in Physics, Materials Science, or Electrical Engineering

• Technical Knowledge: Basic knowledge of plasma physics, plasma chemistry, and plasma etching technologies such as RIE or ICP

• Industry Affinity: Interest in semiconductor manufacturing processes and cleanroom environments

• Language Skills: Very good German skills and good English skills in speaking and writing
