Process Engineer – Fiber Optic Cables

Key Responsibilities: Work closely with manufacturing plant team to identify issues in production, do root cause analysis and fix them going forward. Work on machines to improve the machine availability and out put of the machine Work with development engineers and plant manufacturing team on manufacturing newly developed products in production environment. Analyze the failures and find possible solutions. Provide hands-on support in fixing issues in manufacturing plants. Work on OEE improvement projects, optimize processes and reduce waste. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes and improvements. Develop and maintain documentation of processes and procedures. Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement them. Analyze data to measure performance and make recommendations for improvement. Provide training and support to manufacturing team members on new processes and procedures. Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and components. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including plant management and other departments.
