🔧 JOB OFFER – SENIOR PROCESS ENGINEER
📍 Location: Longford, Ireland
📅 Start Date: Immediate
🕒 Shift Pattern: 4-shift rotation
📄 Contract Type: Full-time, 9+ months
💶 Salary: €55,000 – €70,000/year

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
• 🚀 Lead introduction of new products & set process specifications
• 📊 Optimize production using statistical tools (SPC, DOE)
• 🤝 Collaborate with Production Leaders to solve process issues
• 🏭 Work closely with customers & suppliers to improve production
• ✅ Support Quality Dept. in resolving customer issues
• 👨🏫 Train team members on new systems & processes
• 📑 Maintain documentation aligned with ISO 9001 & ISO 13485
• 🔄 Communicate regularly with internal teams and suppliers
• 📈 Report to Project or Technical Manager

🎓 Candidate Profile:
• 🎓 Degree or National Diploma in Plastics Engineering
• 🧪 3–5 years’ experience in injection moulding (medical, packaging, or tech industry preferred)
• 🔍 Deep understanding of:
o Injection moulding processes (including multi-component)
o Tooling design & automation systems
o SPC, DOE, Lean methods (WCM, JIT, SMED, Kaizen)
• 💻 Computer literate (MS Office; MFG Pro is a plus)
• 🗣️ English: minimum B2 (written and spoken)
• 💼 Independent, proactive, with strong communication skills
• ✈️ Willingness to travel when needed
