Process Engineer

Functie The Process Engineer is responsible for developing, optimizing and securing efficient production processes where an optimal balance is sought between man, machine and method. Hereby the focus lies both on existing production processes as well as on the implementation of new products and SKU's. The function includes actively analyzing production data and processes with the goal of realizing cost savings, increasing efficiency and optimizing output. Opportunities for improvement are identified through process mapping and analysis, and solutions are developed to address these opportunities. This involves close collaboration with various stakeholders, including production staff, suppliers and customers. The Process Engineer is also responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. In addition, the role includes monitoring and controlling production processes to ensure that they run smoothly and efficiently. This requires a strong analytical mindset and the ability to think creatively about process improvements. The Process Engineer must be able to work independently as well as part of a team, and have excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant field such as engineering or business administration, and have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
