Process Engineer

Our company is looking for a talented and dedicated Process Engineer to join our production department team. If you are passionate about process optimization and continuous improvement of operational efficiency, this could be a perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

• Set up production processes;

• Optimize processes and standardize work methods according to system requirements;

• Prepare project documentation for new projects;

• Analyze possible cost reductions and/or resource utilization based on production volume;

• Follow the manufacturing of prototype and series products, participate in process validation;

• Define the first series respecting quality and productivity objectives.

Requirements:

• Knowledge related to CNC processes;

• Higher education in a technical field;

• Knowledge of foreign languages (English/French);

• Oriented towards results and continuous improvement.
