Process Engineer
Responsibilities- Support new product development to ensure manufacturing and assembly capability and process optimisation
- Plan new product assembly lines in conjunction with assembly plant management
- Provide technical support for manufacturing department processes and equipment
- Initiate and implement process automation projects
- Design and maintain plant layouts
- Maintain manufacturing capability
- Investigate latest manufacturing technology trends
- Investigate and implement CAPEX projects
- Initiate continuous improvement projects aimed at improving efficiencies and reducing costs
- Support cost accounting functions with regard to work centre and cost centre rates
- BEng / BTech (Mechanical or Mechatronics)
- At least 3 years experience in a multi-disciplinary manufacturing environment
- Process automation experience is essential
- Self-driven and enthusiastic
