The perfect candidate: The or the perfect candidate has a completed technical or natural sciences degree in process engineering with more than 5 years of experience in the GMP environment. A routine handling of common PC applications, as well as very good German language skills in writing and speaking bring the person along. Engineering & Technical Planning ? R&I Processing: Independent processing and maintenance of R&I flowcharts (P&IDs) in COMOS, as well as ensuring data consistency ? Plan documents (DQ): Creation of technical specifications (load sheets), data sheets and technical drawings as a basis for execution ? Isometrics: Technical inspection and release of isometrics and fabrication documents from pipe manufacturers 2. Project Management & Realization (Construction) ? Trade Coordination: Steering and coordination of different trades (pipe manufacturing, EMSR, automation, construction) for the phases planning, execution and commissioning ? Site Management: On-site supervision of realization to ensure quality and compliance with safety regulations ? Resource Management: Ensuring that small projects are realized under the agreed scope, quality, cost and deadlines 3. GMP Compliance, Qualification & Change Management ? Change Control: Definition and specification of all necessary measures (organizational, technical, documentary) for the successful and compliant implementation of a change ? Verification (IQ/OQ): Creation of acceptance documents (test plans, protocols) for verification of installations, as well as accompanying inspections ? Documentation: Compilation of the complete 'As-Built' documentation and handover to the operator Must Haves - Completed technical or natural sciences degree (FH/Uni/ETH) in process engineering, chemical engineering, pharmaceutical technology or comparable / completed higher vocational training (Dipl. Technician/-in HF) with corresponding long-term professional experience - Minimum 5 years of experience in the GMP environment. The regulations and requirements of pharmaceutical production are familiar to you - Routine handling of common PC applications. Experience with Roche-specific systems (SAP, myBuy, ELIVS/COMOS) is a decisive advantage - Very good German language skills in writing and speaking are required for documentation and communication on site - Self-reliant working style and ability to identify tasks proactively and transparently execute them - Part of an interdisciplinary team and contribute to the common success through cooperation and communication - Sense of urgency, prioritize tasks effectively and take responsibility - Ability to write precisely and technically, as well as efficient documentation. Nice to Haves - Very good English language skills in writing and speaking. - Experience in using the Google Suite, as well as openness towards KI applications for process support.
