Job description
A manufacturing company specializing in composite materials seeks a process engineer to play a strategic role in optimizing its production. As the , this person will be directly involved in technical decisions and implementing best practices for performance and quality.
Main responsibilities-
Analyze and optimize pultrusion processes to improve productivity, quality, and production costs.

Define, document, and standardize manufacturing processes and best practices.

Establish and track performance and quality indicators, and propose corrective actions in case of non-conformities.

Integrate health, safety, and environmental standards into processes and sensitize the team to these aspects.

Provide technical support to production, maintenance, and engineering teams.

Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, materials science, mechanical engineering, or equivalent.

Pertinent experience in optimizing manufacturing processes, ideally in continuous production or composite materials.

Aptitude to work closely with management and multidisciplinary teams.

Analytical mindset, rigor, and ability to propose concrete solutions.

Interest in a role involving strategic vision and proximity to operational decisions.
