Process Engineer

The Process Engineer is responsible for defining, developing, and supporting robust assembly and manufacturing processes during production line transfers and sustaining activities. The role focuses on deep process understanding and execution, ensuring stable, repeatable, and capable production for power connectors and cable assemblies. Key Responsibilities: Define, document, and release assembly and manufacturing processes during production line transfer Support the Engineering Manager in defining and implementing process improvements to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements Develop and maintain process documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and training materials Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process enhancements that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality Ensure process control and monitoring through data collection, analysis, and reporting Identify and address potential process risks and opportunities for improvement Utilize lean manufacturing principles and tools to optimize processes and eliminate waste Provide technical support and guidance to production personnel on process-related matters Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process deviations or defects. The Process Engineer is also responsible for supporting the Engineering Manager in sustaining activities, including process validation, verification, and auditing.
