Process Development Executive – Process Development Lab (Parenteral) S eeking a skilled and motivated Process Development Executive to support process development (Parenteral), New Product launch campaign, Optimization, and scale-up activities. The role involves ensuring robust process design with adherence to regulatory and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities : Develop, optimize, and scale-up pharmaceutical manufacturing processes Conduct laboratory experiments and process feasibility studies Design and implement process control strategies Ensure compliance with cGMP regulations and industry standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new product launch campaigns Provide technical support for process development and optimization activities Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials. The role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
