Process & Change Manager

Do you want to play a key role in optimizing business processes and guiding change trajectories? As a Process & Change Manager, you will work at a leading international advisor in the field of risk management and insurance. You will have the opportunity to improve processes and implement new systems in a dynamic environment.

What will you do

You will analyze existing processes and identify improvement opportunities that you will translate into concrete solutions. You will lead implementations of new systems such as ANVA, Microsoft 365, and VobeSoft. Together with management, IT, and various departments, you will successfully realize changes. You will use methodologies such as Agile and Scrum for a structured project approach. You will also guide colleagues during change processes and create support within the organization. You will monitor project progress, track results, and make adjustments where necessary.

• Salary between €5,000 and €7,500 gross per month including 13th month

Who we are looking for

You have a Bachelor's or Master's work and thinking level and at least 5 years of experience in process and change management or a comparable IT role. You have experience with system implementations in complex organizations and are familiar with Agile/Scrum. Experience in the insurance industry is a plus. You are analytical, structured, and results-oriented. You have strong communication skills and excellent command of the Dutch language. You are available 32 to 40 hours per week.
