We're hiring for all positions: entry-level, experienced professionals, and team leaders.

Aufgaben

• Analyze existing business processes, model them, and identify automation potential
• BUILD workflows with Zapier (and comparable tools like Make or n8n), test, and operate them
• ACTIVATE KI agents to take over routine tasks in processes and product development
• CONNECT interfaces between systems and set up data flows neatly
• PARTICIPATE in the further development of our own products and internal tools
• DOCUMENT your created automations, so that the team and our customers can understand and use them

Qualifikation

• Theoretical understanding of processes and workflows (e.g., from a degree related to processes, business informatics, or economics)
• Knowledge in process modeling (e.g., BPMN)
• Structured, analytical thinking, and joy in simplifying complex workflows
• Willingness to learn new tools and KI applications
• No professional experience required; alternatively: a marketing background with demonstrable practice in automation using Zapier
• German language skills at level C2
• First-hand experience with KI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code) and prompting
• Experience with APIs, SQL, or simple scripts
