What will you be doing: Within the Products Office, you will analyze and optimize business processes using data to identify inefficiencies and propose strategic solutions. The goal is to ensure maximum operational efficiency, improve company performance, and support decision-making based on data. Main activities: · Analyze existing operational processes to identify areas for improvement, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization; · Propose and implement improvements to operational processes to ensure efficiency, compliance, and quality; · Collect, organize, and analyze large quantities of data to support business decisions; · Create reports and dashboards to monitor process performance and company KPIs; · Collaborate with IT and operational teams to implement technological solutions that improve business processes; · Work closely with various corporate departments to understand operational needs and translate them into practical solutions. If you are the ideal person if: you have a degree in Economics, Engineering Management, Informatics, Statistics, coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders, familiarity with IT processes and procedures, good knowledge of MS Office (Excel) and Power BI. Completing the profile is professional knowledge of English at level B2, leadership, proactivity, excellent relational and teamwork skills, strong time management and crisis management skills, pragmatic and analytical approach. Nice to have knowledge of sector APL processes.
