Job Description

You will be part of a tight production team where teamwork is central. Together with a colleague, you are responsible for operating and adjusting a high-tech robot- and adhesive machine. A significant part of the job will be learned internally: you will receive comprehensive on-the-job training so that you can grow in your role and expertise.

What will you do:
- Set up, monitor, and adjust machine parameters
- Operate an automatic robot- and adhesive installation
- Monitor the production process
- Check the quality of finished products
- Troubleshoot small technical issues
- Actively contribute to a smooth and efficient process

You will be given responsibility but never stand alone. You will build up technical knowledge step by step.

ProfileWho are we looking for:

- You have good knowledge of Dutch or English
- You work accurately and take pride in your work
- You can work independently, but function well in a team
- Technical interest and eagerness to learn are more important than experience
