Process Operator 5 Shifts

What will you do?

You start your service by relieving your colleagues and checking the status of the machines. Small issues you resolve yourself, but for more complex problems, you involve the technical service. You work according to quality guidelines, perform controls, and ensure that the production process runs smoothly.

20% Resolve issues (small issues independently) 40% Perform controls (quality assurance) 40% Keep machines in order (continuity of production)

This is what you'll get back!

• A gross monthly salary between €2,650 and €3,800 (depending on knowledge and experience) + 8% holiday pay;
• A team allowance of 18% (salary including allowance €3,100 - €4,500) ;
• 25 vacation days;
• Opportunities for advancement and training budget, including internal training in process technology.

This is you!

• You have an eye for detail and interest in getting to know different machines.
• Preferably, you have a diploma in process operator or mechanical operator A/B, or you are willing to obtain one (training possible).
• You work well in a five-shift service.
