Job description
As process operator, you work with modern installations and high-tech systems. You keep the production process sharp in sight and intervene when necessary. You perform controls, resolve small malfunctions, and actively think about how the process can be even better. You work in shift work, which means no day is the same. A working day often starts with a handover and a short alignment with colleagues. Then you check machines, perform measurements, and monitor the quality of the product. Sometimes you have to adjust settings or make adjustments to ensure optimal production. Your attention to detail and ability to think critically are essential in this role. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team. You will also be responsible for reporting any malfunctions or irregularities to your supervisor.
