Process Operator

For a sustainable player in the process industry, we are looking for a Process Operator / Process Engineer who keeps the power plant and heat network in top condition. In this daytime function, you combine technique, process optimization, and responsibility for stable energy and heat supply. This is what you will do: Operate, manage, and monitor the power plant, the heat network, and the heat supply to the dry rooms; Analyze process performances, signal deviations, and translate them into actions; Optimize processes and equipment to ensure optimal performance; Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards; Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve common goals; Develop and implement process improvements; Monitor and report on key performance indicators; Participate in continuous improvement initiatives; Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field.
