Our client is a production plant within the industrial segment and produces coatings and resins according to customer specifications, including for the food industry. The location is a BRZO-site and is characterized by a high safety and quality level. For this team, we are looking for a process operator who ensures that the production process runs safely and accurately. Job description As a process operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the production equipment, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, and monitoring the production process to prevent any deviations. You will also be involved in cleaning and maintenance tasks, as well as performing routine checks on the equipment. In addition, you will work closely with other team members to optimize the production process and improve efficiency. Requirements - At least 2 years of experience in a similar role; - Good knowledge of industrial processes and production methods; - Ability to work safely and accurately in a fast-paced environment; - Strong communication skills; - Ability to work independently and as part of a team; - Flexibility and willingness to learn new things.
