Job description
Job Description Mentor, train and develop associates as Problem Solving Leaders or Sponsors following a strategic thinking and structured method to find and eliminate technical and managerial root cause. Support Value Stream organizations as well by coaching Problem Solving Teams in order to fix critical and repetitive problems through Problem Solving methodologies (8D, Shainin, KT, etc). Maintain and improve process required for the Celaya Plant Problem Solving activities
