• Produce analyses and reports for the SDM/SM for transmission to internal/external clients
• Produce analyses and reports for the OPM team
• Verify problem tickets on the client side and transmit relevant information to the SD team
• Participate in problem management committees on the client side when the agenda concerns the SD
• Conduct regular checks of the MI RCA to identify potential improvement actions at the SD/OSS teams
• Maintain the Problem Register up-to-date
• Evidence quality-related problems recorded during the weekly quality meeting and advise on possible improvement actions
• Evidence and escalate process failures to OPM/SDM/SM
• Conduct trend analyses of incidents
