RN/LPN Job and Company Description We are seeking an outstanding Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at the Skyline Ridge Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Cañon City, CO. The RN/LPN role provides support to the Director of Nursing and can take many of the responsibilities of providing top-quality care for the residents. This position is responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure that each resident receives the best possible care. Some of the key responsibilities include: • Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and providing emotional support. • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents. • Participating in quality improvement initiatives to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care. • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment. • Providing education and training to new staff members on patient care procedures and protocols. In addition to these responsibilities, this position also includes a sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.
