Private Customer Advisor (m/f/d)

In private customer support, you will accompany our customers in important financial decisions. The focus is on needs-based advice, building long-term relationships, and developing tailor-made financial solutions. With your expertise, you will contribute significantly to the satisfaction of our customers and to sustainable growth in the private customer business.

Tasks

• Analysis of individual customer needs and assessment of business relationships from an earnings and risk perspective
• Holistic, goal- and closing-oriented advice with a focus on asset investment and formation
• Active support and structured appointment planning for your customer base
• Sales of customized financial solutions and involvement of internal specialists and network partners for further consulting needs
• Expansion of existing customer relationships and targeted acquisition of new customers

Qualifications

• Experience in advising private customers or several years of experience in service consulting
• Good knowledge of securities and passive business as well as standardized active business
• Strong customer orientation, communication skills, and enjoyment of teamwork
• Ideally, regional ties and a network in the region
• Independent, structured, and responsible way of working
