Private Customer Advisor (m/w/d)

We are looking for you to join our partner company in Bad Tölz as a "Private Customer Advisor".

Tasks

• As Private Customer Advisor (m/w/d), you will be responsible for the comprehensive advisory services to a fixed customer base – personally, by phone & digitally
• You will advise your customers on current accounts, credits, investments, securities and pension products and develop individual financial plans
• You are responsible for active new customer acquisition and expansion of existing customer relationships, aligned with their financial goals
• You will design target-group-oriented marketing actions, use modern advisory tools and digital channels to optimize advisory experiences
• You document advisory conversations and results carefully, work closely with internal teams and contribute to the further development of advisory processes

Qualification

• You bring an education as a bank clerk (m/w/d) or equivalent qualification, such as financial advisor (m/w/d), customer advisor bank (m/w/d), or insurance and finance merchant (m/w/d)
• You have initial professional experience in private customer advisory services or banking sales – ideally also with securities and credit products
• You have good knowledge of account management, digital advisory formats and ideally experience with financial & advisory tools
• You are characterized by sales talent, communication strength, customer orientation and a solution-oriented and structured working style
• You stand out with very good German language skills
