Private Customer Advisor (m/w/d)

We are looking for you to work as a "Private Customer Advisor" for our partner company in Bad Tölz at the earliest possible time.

Tasks

• As a Private Customer Advisor (m/w/d), you will be responsible for comprehensive customer care of a fixed customer base – personally, by phone & digitally.
• You will advise your customers on current accounts, credits, investments, securities and pension products and develop individual financial plans.
• You are responsible for active new customer acquisition and expansion of existing customer relationships, tailored to their financial goals.
• You will design target-group-oriented marketing actions with, use modern consulting tools and digital channels to optimize consultation experiences.
• You document consultations and results carefully, work closely with internal teams and contribute to the further development of the consultation processes.

Qualification

• You bring a qualification as a bank clerk (m/w/d) or equivalent, e.g. financial advisor (m/w/d), customer advisor bank (m/w/d), merchant for insurance and finance (m/w/d).
• You have initial professional experience in private customer consulting or banking sales – ideally also with securities and credit products.
• You have good knowledge of account management, digital consultation formats and ideally experience with financial & consulting tools.
• You are characterized by sales talent, communication strength, customer orientation and a solution-oriented and structured working method.
• You stand out with very good German language skills.
