We are filling the position: Regional Bank Private Customer Advisor Self-responsible counseling of customers in all relevant areas (account, taxation, financing, payment transactions, insurance) Recognize individual needs and develop tailored solutions. Conduct comprehensive consultations with customers to identify their financial goals and provide personalized advice on investment opportunities, retirement planning, and other financial matters. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the bank's products and services, as well as market trends and customer needs. Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices. Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Provide exceptional customer service by being proactive, responsive, and empathetic.
