Your tasks:
* Financial and insurance advice: You offer our customers individual advice on products and services of the Wüstenrot Group (bank, building society, insurance)
* Customer acquisition: You identify potential new customers, analyze their needs, create offers and convince them of the advantages of Wüstenrot products
* Support: You are the first point of contact for customers on all financial issues and in customer feedback management
You bring:
* Completed training (focus on finance, banking or insurance is an advantage)
* Career changer or already professional experience in the banking and/or insurance sector
* Joy in active sales as well as proactive and goal-oriented thinking
* Very good communication skills and a confident demeanor
* Driving license B with own car

Starting salary from Euro 31,263.28 gross per year according to the collective agreement for employees in the field service of insurance companies. In addition, your commitment will be rewarded with a performance-related variable component.
