We are looking for you as a Private Customer Advisor (m/f/d) in Recklinghausen.

• Conducting needs-oriented customer conversations within the scope of cooperative advice
• Customer-oriented work
• Needs and signal detection
• Initiator for our customers
• Customer acquisition (including by phone)
• Relationship management with our customers
• Involvement of group partners in customer conversations
• Technical knowledge of group partners

• Completed apprenticeship as a bank clerk
• VR Private Customer Advisory, Advisor Pass 3, or similar qualification
• Experience in private customer advisory
• Enjoyment of sales
• You are a "team player"
• Confident communication - including in objection situations
• You work very customer-orientedly
• You have a high sense of responsibility
