Tasks

- You advise your private customers comprehensively and long-term with a focus on suitable financial solutions based on the cooperative advisory approach.

- You actively build up your own customer portfolio and develop existing customer relationships further.

- You develop tailored financial solutions – adjusted to the individual life situation of your customers.

- You work independently and shape your consulting day with real space for self-initiative.

- You act in close exchange with the wealth management and the cooperative financial group Volksbanken Raiffeisenbanken.

- You bring yourself actively into the team and contribute together with your colleagues to achieving the best for members and customers.

Qualification

- Completed banking training or another commercial training.

- Enjoyment of sales and genuine interest in dealing with people.

- Solution-oriented, independent working style with a focus on the goal.

- Strong communication skills – sovereign, clear and empathetic.

- Teamwork ability, stress tolerance and good self-management.

- Service-oriented thinking and convincing appearance (Nice-to-have: Experience in private customer consulting).
