Retail Customer Advisor (m/f/d) - Private Banking Development

For an established credit institution, we are looking for a retail customer advisor who will holistically support affluent private clients and wishes to develop professionally towards Private Banking. You will take over an existing customer base, expand long-term relationships, and be prepared for advising sophisticated wealth clients through targeted further training.

Tasks

• Holistic and needs-based advice for retail customers
• Support and expansion of an existing customer base
• Advice on investment, wealth accumulation, retirement planning, and insurance within your scope of competence
• Identification of further advisory needs and collaboration with internal specialists
• Preparation for advising affluent clients in Private Banking
• Maintenance of customer and advisory data as well as compliance with regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Completed training as a bank clerk or a comparable qualification
• Experience in advising retail or individual clients
• Interest in capital investment and wealth management advice
• Reliable demeanor and enjoyment in building long-term customer relationships
