Private Banking Advisor / Bank Customer Advisor (m/w/d)

We are looking for you to join our partner company in Frankfurt am Main as „Private Banking Advisor / Bank Customer Advisor (m/w/d)“.

Tasks

• As Private Banking Advisor / Bank Customer Advisor (m/w/d), you will be responsible for the comprehensive advisory services to a fixed customer base – personally, by phone & digitally
• You will advise your customers on current accounts, credits, investments, securities and pension products and develop individual financial plans
• You are responsible for active new customer acquisition and expansion of existing customer relationships, tailored to their financial goals
• You will design target-group-oriented marketing actions with, use modern advisory tools and digital channels to optimize advisory experiences
• You document advisory conversations and results carefully, work closely with internal teams together and contribute to the further development of advisory processes

Qualification

• You bring a qualification as Bank Clerk (m/w/d) or equivalent, e.g. Financial Advisor (m/w/d), Customer Advisor Bank (m/w/d), Insurance and Finance Clerk (m/w/d)
• You have initial professional experience in private banking advisory services or bank sales – ideally also with securities and credit products
• You have good knowledge of account management, digital advisory formats and ideally experience with financial & advisory tools
• You are characterized by sales talent, communication strength, customer orientation and a solution-oriented and structured working style
• You stand out with very good German language skills
