• You will accompany our customers in their financing wishes related to housing and advise them holistically in the areas of assets, retirement planning, and insurance.
• You will develop tailor-made solutions that are aligned with the individual needs and life situations of our customers.
• You will actively and sustainably manage your customer base and identify new potential.
• You will win new customers and strategically expand existing relationships.
• You will support sales and marketing activities and actively contribute to their success.
• You will represent our bank externally and maintain a strong local network.

What do you bring?

• You have completed banking training.
• You have further training in the banking or financial sector or want to develop specifically in this area.
• You have mandatory practical experience in financing advice and ideally experience in corporate client business.
• You enjoy advising, recognize customer needs, and act with a sales orientation.
• You work independently, reliably, and precisely and value teamwork.
• You are characterized by commitment, flexibility, and a high service orientation.
