Tasks

• Holistic Consulting: You will advise your customers individually and long-term – always with a view to suitable financial solutions.
• Develop Customer Base: You will build your own network and actively shape your success.
• Offer Creation: You will develop tailor-made financial solutions in the areas of asset management / education and securities.
• Group Business: You will strategically involve our strong partners, such as R+V, in your consulting.
• Digital Consulting: You will familiarize your customers with modern digital solutions, such as online brokerage.
• Customer Retention & Acquisition: You will intensify existing relationships and gain new customers for sustainable cooperation.
• Administrative Tasks: You will ensure structured maintenance of customer data and documentation.

Profile

• You have successfully completed vocational training as a bank clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification.
• In addition, you have at least two years of professional experience in advising private customers and ideally have good knowledge of securities and investment advice.
• With your communicative and sales-oriented approach, you will inspire your customers and build sustainable relationships.
• You are digitally savvy and enjoy using modern consulting tools and solutions in your daily work.
• Your German language skills are at a business-fluent level (C1) to ensure first-class consulting.
