Private Customer Advisor / Bank Clerk (m/f/d) Ostwestfalen

For our client, a regionally rooted cooperative bank with a comprehensive range of financial services for private and corporate customers, we are looking for a Private Customer Advisor (m/f/d) in the Ostwestfalen region (various locations) as soon as possible.

Tasks

• Holistic advice taking into account individual customer needs
• Building, intensifying, and sustainably maintaining trusting customer relationships
• Personal support and advice on all financial matters
• Identification and utilization of cross-selling potentials as well as active appointment scheduling
• Conducting customer discussions related to support and occasions
• Acquisition of new customers

Qualifications

• Successfully completed training as a Bank Clerk (male/female)
• Ideally, initial professional experience in customer service
• High degree of commitment, flexibility, and responsibility
• Strong customer and sales orientation
• Confident communication and persuasive demeanor
