Private Villa on Lake Como - Housekeeping - C4 Collection - Private Villa

Hosco We are seeking an experienced housekeeper to join our team at a private, family Villa on Lake Como. The Housekeeper's responsibilities include:

• Perform cleaning duties in all rooms, common areas, and back of house
• Perform laundry service
• Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service
• Ensure that housekeeping department standards are followed
• Respond promptly to guests' special requests for miscellaneous items like cribs, cots, extra towels, etc.
• Inspect all assigned rooms and public areas to ensure furnishings, equipment, and linens are clean and in good repair
• Maintain inventory of necessary supplies
• Follow department policies and procedures
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies
• Inform the Property Director and Director of Facilities of any equipment or furniture in need of repair or replacement and ensure that the housekeeping staff complies with all safety and sanitation policies
• Assist other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to guests
• Perform additional duties as needed
• Be able to work flexible hours to meet the business activity and occupancy
• Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communications and coordination with every staff member. Provide timely feedback to the Property Director
• Wear the villa uniform and look presentable (a clean and neat appearance is a must)
