As a Private Tutor, you will be responsible for creating and delivering personalized lesson plans, providing individualized support and guidance to students, and helping them achieve their academic goals. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate regularly with parents. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Education, Linguistics, etc.) - 1 year of experience in teaching or tutoring - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Fluency in English and French (written and spoken) - Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks - Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and maintain a positive attitude - Ability to work in a multicultural environment and adapt to different teaching styles and approaches.
