Private Equity Intern April-May 2026

We are currently looking for an intern for the months of April and May who will support us in our daily business.

Tasks

You will work as a full-fledged team member with us on current deals. You will interact with employees from all hierarchical levels with backgrounds in top strategy consulting, investment banking, and international private equity funds. You will support the investment team in the areas of commercial due diligence, strategy, financial modeling, and portfolio optimization. Specifically:

• Company analyses and evaluations, financial modeling
• Qualitative and quantitative market and company research
• Independent work on potential acquisitions on the buy side, project presentations for new deals
• Active participation in project teams to prepare investment decisions
• Support for projects aimed at further developing our partner companies on a strategic level
• Organizational support in daily business

Qualification

You have already achieved outstanding results, convinced with your diverse qualifications, and meet the following requirements:

• Study at least in the 5th semester of a bachelor's or preferred already in a master's program
• Economic studies or clear affinity to economic themes, ideally in the areas of corporate finance, controlling, or accounting
• Relevant experience through successfully completed internships in the field of strategy/transformation consulting, M&A, private equity, and advanced knowledge of MS Office
• Outstanding school and study performance
