You will ensure the performance of your team, guarantee the quality of customer service, and achieve commercial objectives. Your responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and develop a private client consulting team.
• Ensure the quality of service and customer satisfaction.
• Achieve commercial objectives set for your team.
• Identify training needs and organize continuous development sessions.
• Closely collaborate with other departments to ensure a coherent services offer.
• Actively participate in the development strategy of the structure.

Your profile:

• Complete banking education.
• Confirmed experience in private client banking consulting.
• Achieved management and team leadership skills or natural leadership.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Team spirit and ability to work independently.
