A well-known national firm in central Glasgow is seeking to hire an experience Private Client Paralegal to support its team.

The Day to Day

• Creating, developing and maintaining client relationships while playing an active role in generating new business as the firm continues to grow
• Providing timely and sound legal support on a range of Estate Administration, Wills, Powers of Attorney and Guardianships
• Managing a varied caseload effectively and independently
• Remaining up to date about the latest developments in the field, including CPD requirements
• Drafting, reviewing and managing legal documentation
• Conducting legal research and investigating the facts on each case
• Liaising with the client and relevant parties
• Managing client expectations by adopting a proactive approach

Are you the Right Candidate?

• Around 3+ years’ existing Private Client experience in Glasgow
• Excellent people skills – confident and capable of working as part of a bigger team across multiple locations
• Strong general administrative skills
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• Calm under pressure, good organisational skills and excellent time management – with the ability to prioritise and deliver to deadlines
