Private Chef - Prepared Meals

Our client is a couple of individuals residing in Westmount, seeking a talented and organized private chef to help them maintain a healthy and varied diet by preparing pre-prepared meals for dinner (7 days). The dishes should preferably be prepared at their residence, using, in part, fresh products from their farm.

• Plan and prepare a variety of healthy and balanced meals each week that can be easily reheated.
• Understand and integrate the dietary preferences and nutritional needs of the main individuals.
• Obtain the necessary ingredients, emphasizing freshness and quality.
• Pack appropriate portions to facilitate meals throughout the week.
• Refrigerate or freeze meals in an organized manner with clear instructions for reheating and finishing.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES

• Professional experience as a chef, with specific expertise in preparing pre-prepared meals.
• Excellent understanding of nutrition and ability to create balanced and healthy meals.
• Able to work efficiently and autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Culinary diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Solid organizational skills and meticulous attention to details.
• High level of autonomy and ability to take initiatives.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Able to adapt to evolving tastes and needs of the main individuals.
