Role Details

We are seeking a senior profile in Private Banking with solid experience in the sector. You will be responsible for managing and developing your assigned client portfolio, providing financial services and advice according to the bank's model.

The selected person must work in close collaboration with the other segments of the bank with whom they will cooperate for market prospecting and attracting new clients.

Responsibilities

• Meet client acquisition and engagement objectives. Utilize knowledge of clients, products, and markets to generate acquisition opportunities and work to meet client satisfaction expectations.
• Acquire new clients and maintain in-depth knowledge of assigned clients through research and continuous contact, enabling the generation of appropriate sales solution ideas.
• Be familiar with relevant legal, regulatory, and Bank policy requirements and act accordingly.
• Serve as the connection with existing clients and work to secure new client opportunities.
• Achieve the objectives set by the bank in accordance with your profile and portfolio.
• Collaborate with other departments of the bank regarding our 'Bank for Entrepreneurs' strategy, utilizing available resources to offer comprehensive solutions and services to our clients.

Skills

• Must possess accredited education and qualifications in line with the position's requirements, as well as a minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles.
• High communication and sales skills. With the aptitude to build trust and establish strong relationships with high-level clients.
• Strategic vision and results orientation.
• Intermediate-high level of English.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to improve productivity, optimize workflows, and solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI-generated results.
