Private Banking Operations Team Lead – Regional Wholesale Bank

An established Regional Wholesale Bank is seeking an experienced Private Banking Operations Senior Manager to provide leadership and operational oversight within its Private Banking platform. You will play a key role in overseeing risk and operational reviews, strengthening governance frameworks, and ensuring efficient middle-office support for Private Banking Operations. In return, you will enjoy an attractive remuneration package of up to S$120,000 per annum. Your responsibilities will include: • Overseeing the development and implementation of process improvements and controls within the Private Banking platform; • Providing leadership and guidance to a team of operations professionals; • Collaborating with stakeholders across the bank to ensure effective communication and coordination; • Identifying and mitigating operational risks through regular reviews and assessments; • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and external partners; • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures; • Providing training and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge; • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes as needed; • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all operations activities; • Performing other duties as required.
