Privacy Lawyers - Baseline Clearance

The Roles We have multiple clients seeking Privacy (Data and/or AI) Lawyers to support teams within high profile Commonwealth departments in assisting with implementing best practice with regard to privacy and governance frameworks and AI implementation. The Responsibilities The position requires the successful candidate to provide legal advice on the following areas: advising on data-sharing arrangements and governance frameworks; interpreting and applying Commonwealth privacy, secrecy, and information laws; providing guidance on compliance with relevant legislation and regulations; and developing policies and procedures for managing personal and sensitive information. The Ideal Candidate We are seeking experienced lawyers who have a strong understanding of privacy law and governance frameworks, as well as experience in advising on data-sharing arrangements and AI implementation. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their expertise in providing legal advice on complex issues related to privacy and data protection, and will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
