Printer Operator – Day Shift (Large Format Digital Printing)
Markham, ON | ⏰ 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM

We are looking for an experienced Large Format Printer Operator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in UV printing who can operate independently, problem-solve on the fly, and ensure the highest print quality on every job.

• Operate and maintain large format UV printers (roll-to-roll and flatbed).

• RIP files accurately for print production.

• Load and unload materials including various vinyls, papers, and specialty substrates.

• Read and follow production dockets to ensure jobs are printed to spec and on time.

• Perform paneling/tiling when required and add registration dots/marks for cutting.

• Conduct basic quality checks, ensuring accuracy before jobs move to finishing.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

✅ Minimum 2 years printing experience – applicants without direct print experience will not be considered.
✅ Hands-on knowledge of UV printers, vinyls, papers, and roll-to-roll systems.
✅ Strong understanding of RIP software and file preparation for print.
✅ Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines.
✅ Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

• Day shift: 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM
