Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Print and Packaging Designer to join our design team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing innovative packaging solutions that align with Nua’s brand identity and values. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from product development to marketing campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring creative ideas to life. Responsibilities: * Design innovative and effective packaging solutions for our products, ensuring they meet Nua’s brand standards and values. * Collaborate with the design team to develop a comprehensive visual identity for Nua’s products and marketing campaigns. * Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and sales, to ensure seamless integration of packaging designs into our overall strategy. * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Nua’s brand identity, values, and target audience to inform design decisions. * Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in packaging design and apply this knowledge to continuously improve and innovate our designs. Requirements: * 3+ years of experience in print and packaging design, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. * Strong portfolio showcasing innovative and effective packaging solutions that align with Nua’s brand identity and values. * Excellent design skills, including proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). * Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. * Strong communication and problem-solving skills. * Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
