Job Description As our Print & Create Digital Specialist, you’ll play a central role in driving our digital growth strategy for the Print & Create Centres @ Warehouse Stationery . You’ll own and enhance our existing eCommerce platforms to ensure our in-store services are reflected online, making our offering truly omni-channel and customer-centric. Quick snapshot of the role: Drive our digital roadmap for Print and Create @ Warehouse Stationery Manage our existing website WSprint.co.nz ensuring that our customers can seamlessly navigate and purchase products online, while also providing a seamless in-store experience. This role will be responsible for: • Developing and implementing a digital strategy that aligns with our overall business objectives • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience • Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and customers • Providing expert advice and guidance to colleagues on digital trends, best practices, and emerging technologies • Staying up-to-date with the latest digital trends, technologies, and innovations to continuously improve our digital offerings and customer experience.
